• Consistently provide prompt, friendly customer service in the store and on the phone
• Resolve customer issues to ensure that each guest has a positive experience
• Explain Snap programs and benefits to guests and fellow Team Members
• Effectively utilize down time by working on projects as needed
• Utilize POS to assist guests and control inventory
• Motivate fellow Team Members to adhere to Snap Kitchen’s Company Mission
• Rotate and stock products efficiently and correctly; maintain merchandising standards
• Inventory as necessary
• Maintain a clean, orderly, organized store interior and exterior
• Complete side work and other projects as needed
• Balance POS as required

• Have a constantly developing grasp of the concept and menu items
• Acquire a working knowledge of all major product categories and food lifestyle options
• Develop knowledge of the Snap Commit program and be able to educate guests and fellow team members on its parameters
• Develop comfort in educating guests and fellow team members on nutritional information
• Ability to consistently project a friendly, helpful personality to customers and coworkers
• Experience working with food or nutrition, or in a retail environment
• Customer service experience preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks while handling multiple demands
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and be active for an entire shift
• Strong organizational skills and ability to pay attention to detail

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must have a reliable form of transportation and be willing and able to work at more than one location
