Global Manufacturing Trainee (GMT) Program

As a Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee (GMT), you're hand-selected by our Operations and Manufacturing Executive Leadership team to participate in a 10-month immersive rotational program that will allow you to make a real and genuine contribution from the start to our Manufacturing and Operations teams.

During your 10-month program you will join a class of other ambitious Manufacturing Trainees to learn directly from Kraft Heinz leaders and fully immerse yourself into operations within Kraft Heinz. You will have the opportunity to learn about and make an impact across the entire operations function. As a Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee you will be adding value as a full-time employee from day one, doing real work, and delivering real results.

GMTs will graduate the program into a Manufacturing position at one of our US plants.
