    The Ingredion Talent Management Team is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual interested in pursuing a career in talent management, talent development or human resources to join the organization for a 4-month assignment between December 2022 - April 2023.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various members of the talent team and our global HR teams as you help to facilitate, provide support for and guidance on current employee development programs and initiatives. We are looking for someone with a growth mindset and a customer-focused attitude who is able to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Program Coordination:

      • Oversee enrollment of learners in various development programs

      • Answer questions and provide information on current program offerings

      • Support the development and implementation of new learning programs

      • Meet with vendors regularly to ensure programs are on track, addressing and resolving any issues or challenges

      • Track and report on participant attendance and engagement

    • Training:

      • Develop surveys and/or conduct focus groups with key stakeholders to gather input or feedback on prospective or current programs

      • Curate content from Open Sesame, a digital content aggregator to develop digital learning course packs for learning initiatives.

      • Research and develop training presentations on various topic areas.

    • Communications:

      • Develop and implement communications plans

      • Manage Learning@Ingredion inbox

    • HR Support: Collaborate with shared services to resolve questions and issues

    • Metrics

      • Analyzing and generating reports as requested

      • Tracking, analyzing and reporting out on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

    THIS POSITION IS WELL-SUITED FOR YOU IF YOU:

    • Are well organized and have the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

    • Are a creative problem solver and critical thinker.

    • Are technology savvy and proficient or able to quickly learn to use: Outlook for scheduling and meeting management; Excel for reporting and data analysis; PowerPoint for presentation and training development; Virtual Meeting software for producing programs and events.

    • Have experience using and developing training instructional design software is a plus.

    • Are able to work both independently as well as in a team.

    QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL:

    • Be in the process of attaining a Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 preferred.

    • Possesses a basic understanding of adult learning theory.

    • Have some instructional design experience or coursework.

    • Be able to work 40 hrs. per week during term of the assignment.

    • Have strong administrative & coordination skills with outstanding attention to detail.

    • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Have general knowledge of Microsoft Office.

    TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CONSIDERATION, CANDIDATES MUST:

    • CURRENTLY POSSESS UNRESTRICTED AUTHORIZATION TO WORK IN THE UNITED STATES.

    • Be a currently enrolled student in a Master’s Degree Program (with an HR focus). We will consider undergraduates on a case by case basis but the candidate must have completed at least three years of coursework with status as a junior or senior.
