    Function Job Description

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Support and partner with the People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned

    • Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance

    • Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal, and regulatory changes in market

    • Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions

    • Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence

    • Manage labor relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements

    What you will bring

    • HR leader with an active curiosity, insight orientation and external perspective about people and business performance

    • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations with increasing responsibility ideally within FMCG/CPG

    • Ability to develop strong partnerships with function leaders

    • Ability to create a change strategy and lead complex and transformation change

    • Ability to engage, inspire, and influence people

    • Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends

    Requirements and Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required and pursuing a MS/MBA HR Management / Labor Relations Program

    • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree with a preferred expected graduation date between December 2024 and May 2025.

    • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Mondelēz International (i.e., H1-B visa, F-1 visa (OPT), TN visa or any other non-immigrant status.

    Compensation

    • The expected compensation weekly pay ranges for interns is $1,200-1,300.

    • Compensation rates for Summer Interns is pre-determined and non-negotiable.
