• Ensure that process documentation is maintained by the BPOs (procedures, policies, flowcharts) to monitor the different activities and skilled at collecting, quickly understanding and analyzing complex data and process information (IC)
• Evaluate and monitor the Internal Control system in place related to financials, operations and accounting principles (IC)
• Test and document key controls in terms of timing and quality and when deficiencies are identified, contribute to identify recommendations (IC)
• Create the online presence of Internal Controls by integrating social media, search engine optimization techniques and blogging into a brand's identity (SM)
• Create process to track and monitor use of social media network(s) created. Stats like followers, click-throughs, fans, comments and traffic (SM)
• Able to attach effective metrics to social media performance (SM)

• Accounting and/or finance coursework
• Ability to analyze and synthesize information
• Microsoft office program knowledge a must, strong in Excel
• Excellent communication skills
• Domestic travel approximately 10%. Possibility of travel to Canada
