BURGER KING®, TIM HORTONS®, and POPEYES® are truly iconic brands. Restaurant Brands International was formed in 2014 in connection with the combination of Burger King Corporation and Tim Hortons Inc. In early 2017, we acquired Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen, Inc. and welcomed it into to the RBI family. Today, Restaurant Brands International, together with its affiliates (“RBI”), is an industry leader with approximately $33 billion in annual system-wide sales and over 27,000 restaurants in more than 100 countries. The Program
Global Onboarding
It all begins with Global Onboarding at our corporate office in Miami, Florida. You’ll learn about all aspects of our business, from our culture and our history to our organizational structure – and you’ll hear it all directly from our senior leaders.
First-hand experience
Next, you’ll spend several days gaining hands-on experience in one of our brand’s restaurants. This will give you a close-up insight into how our business works at its core (pending safe return to work guidelines).
High-impact role
After restaurant training, you’ll jump straight into a real, high-impact Senior Manager role – one that matches our business needs with your ambitions and talents. No matter what that role is, you’ll have the responsibility you need to help transform our organization.
