Responsibilities

• Community management of our social channels
• Management of all customer service and quality channels, including responding to consumer inquiries via phone, email and social media
• Assisting with planning and preparations for trade events, including but not limited to show and in-store demos
• Supporting PR efforts including logistics/preparation and staffing of events
• Development of a brand ambassador program proposal
• Performance tracking and post promotional analysis of marketing events
• Research and Update the team with general competitive findings and marketplace trends

• Excellent written and communications skills, both written and oral
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong computer skills, especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
• Regular user and strong interest in all social media channels
• Analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Current or Completed University degree

Other Program Details:

• 20-40 flexible hours per week
