JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Nutrition Science Intern will perform systematic review of clinical trials that used dietary fiber for Ingredion’s Nutrition, Health, and Wellness Platform. As part of the Global Scientific & Regulatory Affairs organization, you will have primary responsibilities revolving around the evaluation, development, and implementation of fiber-related projects and initiatives. Your expertise will be essential in improving product claims, ensuring compliance, and guiding new business opportunities. The major responsibilities of this role include:
