Lead a team of over 30 Brand Ambassadors, which includes hiring, mentoring, and motivating team members to maximize performance
- Monitor quality of work for each team member, including on-site check-ins, performance reviews, and keeping an error log
- Report weekly team performance to the Customer Success team and collaborating to improve systems
- Schedule shifts and dispatching team members from the Ripe HQ while ensuring high levels of punctuality
- Develop and refine strong systems for BA hiring and delivery tracking
- Ensure customer success by serving as first line of communication with clients regarding order timing, delivery details, and updates
- Contribute to a fun, welcoming work atmosphere
