The Ingredion Operations Talent Development Program is designed to provide Operations (Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain) graduates who graduated in 2019, 2020 or 2021 the opportunity to build a superior foundation in operations and grow organically through the Ingredion organization. As an OTDP Associate, you will be guided through a 3-year rotational program in one of two tracks: manufacturing or supply chain . During the 3-year program, you will take on a new role every 12 months – focusing on a new theme each year.
During this rotational development program, you will be required to move to a new location at least once – but 2 or 3 times is encouraged to broaden your professional network and breadth of operations experience. As an OTDP Associate, you will also be enrolled in our OTDP Learning Curriculum, which has three main components: Ingredion Technical & Business Content, University Partner led Operations & Supply Chain Content, and Personal Development Content.
