    As a real estate representative you will contribute to Starbucks success by providing support to store development and real estate managers in all aspects of the real estate and leasing process, and by providing support to ensure   new stores and renewals are completed in accordance with Starbucks requirements. 

     

    AS A REAL ESTATE REP, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO…

    • Assists with developing new store, relocation and renewal packages to senior leadership and real estate committee for approval.  Responsible for tracking approvals and requests for additional information.
    • Coordinates real estate processes throughout the lifecycle of the project including preparing new real estate files, assisting development managers with letters of intent and packages. Inputs, updates and distributes site information and project schedules where appropriate.  
    • Analyzes letter of intent (LOI) and identify key issues for the development manager. Track the status of all LOI packages for completion
    • Assist the SDM’s with collecting and analyzing due diligence and other documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate legal documentation with internal and external legal counsel.
    • Assists store development manager (SDM) with preparation of proforma and analyzes for key issues. Responds to real estate markets and, real estate inquiries. Attends industry events as needed.  
    • Assists store development manager (SDM) by utilizing existing marketing research tools to perform site/market analysis. Assists with preparing and distributing all aspects of the real estate tour package. 
    • Create, maintain and distribute reports. Assist with office administrative support functions, prepare correspondence, and process incoming mail, telephone calls and email
    • Functions as a key contact for information gathering and distribution to and from brokers, consultants and various other external and internal partners.
  • Qualifications

    __REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES  __


    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing  
    • Financial acumen  
    • Ability to work in cross-functional teams  
    • Organization and time management skills  
    • Multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment  
    • Ability to create effective presentations  
    • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite 
    • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and databases, including data input, file management and report generation

      

    WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WITH 2-3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN:

    • Real estate or retail environment   Project administration, including tracking  
    • Project administration in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
    • Exposure to commercial or retail real estate industry experience
    • A minimum of 2 year of college education
