• Development of the retail side of DR Delicacy business online and on Amazon
• Customer service, order processing, packing and shipping
• Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns
• Participation in event organization and promotion

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively as a team member in a small structure where everyone has a responsible position and need to be flexible and multi tasker
• Ability to communicate at all levels with internal/external clients by phone, email and face to face
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• A positive attitude with good organizational, presentation and writing skills
