JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION
This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting in the day-to-day maintenance of accurate and timely financial records and preparing basic financial reports. Reports may include profit and loss statements, receipts and disbursements, balance sheets and others. May provide direction to accounting representative partners. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of accounting systems and process
Ability to work as a part of a team and assist in problem-solving
Effective customer service skills - Attention to detail
Intermediate level analytical skills
