As an administrative assistant on the Equipment & Programs and Sustainability teams, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the calendars and meetings for 4 directors as well as general support to a team of 20+ partners.

As an administrative assistant, you will… __
Manage calendars and schedules meetings for the directors and their teams
Provide support for meetings, training, seminars and activities for department
Serve as a point of contact for departmental inquiries and responds or escalates as appropriate
Assist with on boarding of new partners
Perform administrative tasks or projects such as invoice coding, tracking travel expenses, generating reports and identifying variances, updating databases, etc.
Schedule or coordinates business travel as needed

Progressive administrative experience (3-6 years)
Providing support to executive level management or equivalent (3-6 years)
Project management (3-6 years)
