In this role you will be expected to lead and contribute to the development of the development of advanced analytics/IOT platform that will deployed globally. be deployed. Thinking customer & developer first is key!

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: 

• Machine learning enabled analytics Application development and programming experience
• Experience with IOT platform development with applications to equipments and supply chain is a plus
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written) and the ability to mentor and lead team of software engineers

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor¹s degree (MS or higher preferred) in computer science, management information systems, or related discipline
• Software Development using Java, Object-Oriented Programming, and/or Scala is preferred
• Knowledge of distributed and parallel programming, actor programming model (AKKA) and Spark Stream processing  is a plus
• Knowledge of  No-SQL databases 
• Initial Experience in design, implementation and exploitation of batch and real-time machine learning algorithms for advanced analytics driven reporting and anomaly alerting
• Experience building large-scale data pipelines for real-time analytics solutions

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: 

• Knowledge and experience in applying advanced machine learning and AI technologies for retail domains is a plus   
• Development exposure on Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, NoSQL and other distributed environment technologies based on the needs of the organization.
• Exposure and/or experience in application development for IOT.
• Must have experience working with different machine learning algorithms
• Experience working with cloud infrastructure management and CI/CD tools and processes.
