As a Starbucks Benefits Specialist, you will . . . 

Analyze and administer Starbucks benefit and time off plans, providing case management and benefit plan appeal from partners, manger and third parties. You will ensure adherence to plan terms and communicate information about plans to Starbucks partners.  

LEVERAGING YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, WE WILL ENABLE YOU TO:

• Administer Starbucks benefit plans, including eligibility and enrollment process, contribution and claim payments, and auditing of plan records.  
• Advises partner resource managers and generalist teams on a variety of complex and escalated benefit situations. 
• Provides partner assistance, communication, and case management on complex and escalated benefit situations. 
• Manage special benefits projects
• Apply strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Work autonomously & with a team to deliver results

• Strong ability to identify and implement process changes to enhance partner service
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of SAP
