JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION
This job contributes to Starbucks success by implementing communications programs within a department or business unit. Protects and enhances the Company's internal and external reputation with communication materials. Works collaboratively with team members across the organization to implement communications plans and tactics in a timely and accurate manner. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Summary of Experience
- Corporate communications, preferably at a multi-unit retailer or an agency 2 years
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS FOR THIS ROLE ARE:
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, agencies and partners across the organization
Ability to apply general business knowledge and experience in a complex, fast-paced global environment
Ability to implement communication tactics both internal and external within a department or business unit
Basic presentation, oral and written communications skills
Experience in corporate communications, preferably at a multi-unit retailer or an agency
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization
