From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

    • Partner with various stakeholders to understand operational drivers that (a) enhance commentary around financial results and (b) help inform future planning and forecasting
    • Support variance analysis around month and quarter-end closes, analyzing data to translate business results into actionable reporting for leadership and key stakeholders
    • Contribute to special ad-hoc projects and initiatives to deepen understanding of the business and elevate team contributions
    • Drive continuous improvements in Finance processes, systems, tools, and documentation to maximize efficiency
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with partners across Retail Operations, Inventory Accounting, Product Finance and Supply Chain Finance
