JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION
This job contributes to Starbucks success by evaluating and processing real estate contractual agreements in alignment with portfolio strategy and mitigating business risk through ensuring compliance with Company and legal standards through timely and effective administration. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.
SUMMARY OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Commercial real estate or comparable business experience 2 years
Lease analysis and abstracting experience 2 years
Property management, paralegal, legal assistant or lease administrator 2 years
Administration of commercial real estate contracts or comparable business experience 2 years
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in the interpretation of contractual agreements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organization and planning skills
Strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritize work with limited supervision
Ability to comprehend basic financial metrics
Ability to establish cross functional, collaborative relationships with business partners and to deliver excellent customer service
Equivalent military experience
