    As a Starbucks recruiter, you are responsible for finding the best in class talent to deliver against our future aspirations and add to the unique culture of our company. You are an advocate for your candidates, a consultant to your business and a champion of our mission and values.     In this role, you will support the dynamic talent needs of our manufacturing & distribution organization by identifying, assessing and connecting the best talent to the perfect role.  You will be recruiting for a wide portfolio of job profiles and levels spanning a variety of disciplines - ranging from high-volume, repeatable roles to complex, niche positions. In partnership with the business, you will design and execute innovative recruitment strategies, host hiring events, and source passive talent to ensure our roasting plants and distribution centers are fully staffed and able to support the needs of our stores. This recruiter will hire for positions across multiple geographies and can be located anywhere in the U.S. 

    AS A RECRUITER, YOU WILL:

    • Lead full-cycle recruitment process as a talent advisor
    • Source passive talent and create talent pipelines for key roles across the Plant Network
    • Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies –using data to generate insights and influence decisions
    • Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences
    • Build, grow and leverage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization
    • Recruit across a variety of roles and balance multiple/competing priorities
