JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION
This position contributes to Starbucks success by providing routine support to a department, business unit or regional office. May provide project support and/or administrative support to multiple team members at the direction of his or her manager. Carries out activities following general guidelines.
Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma/GED
1 or more year(s) of experience in a role performing administrative assistant or coordinator job functions
6 or more months of experience in a role providing general administrative support to others
Interest and availability to work fixed hours in an office environment
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, changing environment
Ability to make recommendations on changes in approach, concepts and the design of solutions as a team member
Ability to build relationships
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
