sweetgreen is looking for a creative and motivated leader for a campus internship truly unlike any other part-time job. Founded in 2007 by three college graduates, sweetgreen is more than just a place to eat; we believe in creating experiences to connect communities through food. If you are someone who is highly involved and connected on the Berkeley campus, thrives on social interaction (a true “people person”) and is passionate about the sweetgreen lifestyle, join us as a sweetgreen campus ambassador.
A sweetgreen campus ambassador will be generally responsible for finding ways to get the student body excited about sweetgreen, including:
• Producing sweetgreen events on campus or in-store
• representing sweetgreen at sponsored campus events
• Implementing ways for sweetgreen to be involved with a variety of groups and events
• Executing seasonal sampling strategies and promoting initiatives in-store once a week (i.e. sweetgreen passport, sweetgreen rewards app)
• [pre-opening] Building sweetgreen’s brand + community connections leading up to Berkeley opening
Hours are flexible, but you must be able to commit 5-20 hours per week. You will receive an hourly wage, sweetgreen credit and invaluable marketing experience.
• Motivated self-starter

• Marketing experience (not mandatory, but preferred)

sweetgreen is a fast casual destination for simple, seasonal, healthy food. The trio started sweetgreen the summer after they graduated from Georgetown, with a mission to build healthier communities, starting with food. From the seed to the store, sweetgreen is involved in every step of the supply chain, working with local growers to craft a rotating seasonal menu, and the company's 3,000 team members prep all of the food from scratch in each location every day.
