    As a Starbucks visual merchandising designer, you will be creating the Siren’s Eye content and strategy so the store partners best understand how to display product (merchandise, coffee and food) and signage seasonally. The role is key to helping store partners understand how to set up their stores for the best customer experience. This role within the Studio Creative helps to bridge the Creative and Marketing materials with Creative Operations and the In-Store teams.

     

    LEVERAGING YOUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE, WE WILL ENABLE YOU TO:

    • Lead development and define the visual merchandising strategy for retail stores (US/CAN)
    • Digitally communicate instructions for store partner through collaboration with Visual Communications and Creative Operations teams.
    • Key creative collaborator in developing in-store signage for retail stores.

    WE’D LOVE TO HEAR FROM PEOPLE WITH:

    • Visual Merchandising experience 2-4 years
    • Visual Communication or Graphic Design experience 2-4 years
    • Applied knowledge of In-Design
    • Articulate – excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong ability to self-manage and own personal development
