Donor Development Strategies seeks new staff for our Door-to-Door team at WGBH! This is an off campus position. We grow membership, build relationships, and fundraise in communities around Boston -- think of us as the street team that works alongside On-Air Fundraising, Events, and Digital to support WGBH.
Our hours are 1PM to 9PM. We begin and end our day at WGBH in Brighton. We offer part-time (2+ days) and full time (4-5 days) work.
DDS is expert at engaging prospective donors in their community with our grassroots model. We're a knowledgeable and goal-driven team that's breaking the mold and exceeding fundraising goals every day. We like rolling up our sleeves and making a huge difference to keep programming funded.
We provide paid training and work constantly to develop the skills of each staff member. Whatever your long-term goals, we'll help prepare you for it. We invest in our team and take their development to heart.

We are Donor Development Strategies LLC (DDS), a national fundraising firm that specializes in the development of public media member acquisition campaigns on behalf of PBS, the largest non-profit media outlet in America, and NPR, a mission-driven multimedia news organization changing the radio landscape.
