This internship is meant for students and recent graduates eager for the opportunity to make an impact, write their own paycheck, and develop a skillset that will change their life. DialogueDirect leads the face to face fundraising industry by developing go-getters who believe in becoming their best selves and upholding the values of community, integrity, and opportunity.

As a summer intern, you will fundraise on behalf of amazing charities like CARE International, ChildFund International, Save the Children, The Nature Conservancy and World Wildlife Fund. This is a performance based role that will give you the communication and leadership skills to excel in your future career.

Intern expectations:

• Successfully fundraise on behalf of our charity partners with professionalism and positivity.
• Uphold weekly performance goals.
• Learn and implement new information quickly and effectively.
• Establish a student mentality for fundraising, marketing, and leadership development.
• Maintain positive attitude and constant drive for success.
• Utilize exemplary work ethic.
• Work well in teams with empowerment and friendly competitiveness.
• Complete 10 week program.
