This role’s primary responsibility is assisting the Director of Sales and sales team with their duties. This role requires a high degree of proactivity which can lead to marketing or outside sales opportunities if targets achieved over the initial 12 month period.

Main Responsibilities:

• Managing sales data across a 12-office sales team
• Providing regular reports and an analysis on that data
• Ensuring data collection and accuracy among sales representatives
• Ensuring data integrity within our sales CRM system
• Scheduling qualified demos from all inbound leads for the outside sales reps
• Answering sales emails and qualifying new leads over the phone​
• Building prospective client lists for our ​​target markets
• Assisting Sales Manager with specific sales projects in a timely, and detail orientated, manner
• Working a limited number of black-tie and gala events in order to understand our specific industry ​ We have a number of outside sales representatives and this a clear pathway to that role if desired.
