Materials Return Board Coordinator (Tulsa, OK)
** This role is located in Tulsa, OK. Interested candidates must be willing to relocate.
The MRB Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Material Review Board (MRB) process. This position will be responsible for ensuring all nonconforming material is processed in a timely fashion including scrapping, reworking, or returning to vendor. The Coordinator supports Aristocrat’s Global Distribution and Manufacturing Operations at the Integration Center by ensuring stocking levels are appropriate for business needs.
This has been designated as a safety-sensitive job because it involves performing one or more tasks/duties that could reasonably affect the safety and health of the employee performing the task(s) or others.
Perform weekly counts of MRB location
Review and analyze parts for suitability of use
Analyze and make recommendations for use, repair, return, or scrap
Prepare reports and documentation for management review
Process nonconforming material in a timely fashion
Ensure all inventory transactions are done correctly
Processing material dispositions in a timely fashion
Ability to flex in other areas as priorities mandate
HS Diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
Advanced skillset of computer tools, including Microsoft Suite
Experience performing transactions in an ERP system; Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other similar system
Forklift certification, preferred
High attention to detail
Communication (Oral and Written)

The associate frequently is required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The associate is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. The associate must be able to lift, move, and control 40 pounds short distances without mechanical aid; move and control 550 pounds with the aid of dollies, pallet jacks and tools with the addition to frequently lifting and/or moving 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Employee must also wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as, steel toe shoes where applicable
Follow safety rules and regulations when operating machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
