SUMMARY
The Project Analyst is responsible for managing all aspects of Class 2 and Class 3 projects as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously. The Project Analyst position creates and manages communication strategies, documentation strategies, development strategies, requirements analysis, discovery efforts, project schedules, and process improvement efforts.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Works with Customers, Sales, Product Management, and other key departments to develop deployment strategies and objectives.
Understands Regulatory/Gaming Compliance standards in and around functions of product submissions, test lab certifications, and Customer requirements.
Leads and manages key stakeholders for deploying key business strategies as defined by product owners and sales.
Reviews Engineering Change Notices by highlighting impacts to Deployment Project Managers and Sales Support/CRM/CRF
Leads weekly account team meetings to review upcoming customer orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of projects (Hardware and Software).
Develops and maintains weekly project plans for onboarding new customers.
Responsible for accurate and on time delivery/completion of all customer projects (hardware and software)
Leads continuous improvement initiatives for new product rollout, onboarding new customers, casino projects (i.e. OASIS, ATI, New Casino Launch, etc.), through Lessons Learned Meetings and Documentation
SKILLS REQUIRED
Ability to work with stakeholders to initiate, develop and assist with strategic project and product planning.
Ability to manage more than one project of small/medium/large size and low/medium/high complexity that produces positive results - Hold High Level Meetings
Proactive at project risk management; to mitigate potential deployment issues.
Ability to effectively manage cross functional teams across organizational levels (product owners, operations, business operations, etc..-Having Relationships beyond projects
Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive their account team/team members (Lead) to meet project milestones and deliverables
Planning and organization skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills (Written and Oral)
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Projects, Visio)
Strong understanding of using performance excellence in planning and execution of projects.

Develops and provides mentorship to team members within Deployment and across the organization on professionalism, leadership, and best practices by using standards for project management.
Ensures deployment processes are clearly documented and ISO controlled by writing and approving process
Point of escalation for the team
Manages and coordinates special customer projects as assigned by upper management
Onboard and train new Project Analyst
Work with IT for UAT development and testing
Provide leadership and guidance with team members on project risk. management, helping to mitigate deployment issues.
Lead by example: timely delivery of reports, status updates, and administrative tasks.

5+ years with Casino Experience
