    Summary

    Working onsite at our integration in Tulsa, the Repair Center Schedule Coordinator is responsible for analyzing the future independent demand schedule for make items and determine WO requirements. Manages and maintains WO completions and inventory integrity of REF-assemblies. Coordinates and works closely with Materials Management, Supply Planning, and Order Management for all Integration Centers on order fulfilments and analyzes risks, due to part shortages and capacity. Using ERP system (D365) allocating the local planning item updates for completion of process. Processes ERP Priority Requests based on available materials and production capacity, ultimately complying with customer service requirements (Internal/External). Originates and distributes global orders report to the business.

    What You'll Do

    • Working Onsite at Tulsa Integration Center
    • Play an active part in Order Management: directing, monitoring, and controlling of the processes related to repair work orders (WO).
    • Assess BOM shortages and raise necessary concessions or permits with internal and external customer approvals to fulfil outstanding demands.
    • Update and maintain Schedule Ship Date in Microsoft Teams in liaison with Master Production Scheduler.
    • Oversee the execution and adherence to order Schedule Ship Dates.
    • Manage and maintain high level of inventory accuracy within Repair Center areas, WO creation, modification, and closure.
    • Action D365 Priority Requests in cooperation with Purchasing, Production, Inventory, and Dispatch SLAs.
    • Analyze Work Order changes for achievability.
    • Ensure all operational and business risks are flagged and managed with the Repair Center Manager.
    • Document processes & recommendations for continuous improvement of the Repair Center Scheduler and Controller function.
    • Communicate and interface with personnel from various departments including Field and Network Engineering, Inventory, Compliance and Logistics to understand server build requirements and get server equipment processed
    • Complete administrative functions related to business and regulatory requirements, accurately documenting work performed and submitting timely reports.
    • Provide hands-on/on-the-job training to peers, as needed
    • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

    What We're Looking For

    • High school diploma or equivalent is required
    • Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
    • Minimum 1+ years supply chain scheduling preferred
    • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
    • Strong working knowledge of D365 or other ERP System
    • Ability to communicate ideas to the business effectively orally and in writing
