SUMMARY

The successful candidate will demonstrate an ability to deliver competency-based training courses based on key products and Aristocrat initiatives, ideally with a casino-background. You will have the opportunity to combine your passion for teaching and technology to drive Aristocrat employee and customer performance. You will have excellent communication skills, ability to think independently, and proven technical training experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Deliver training programs to customers and employees as scheduled via instructor-led training, webinars, and/or eLearning modules. 

• Maintain training administration records of classes taught, attendees, and student evaluations.

• Assist with the development of training program content consistent with adult learning methodology.

• Develop lesson plans for instructor-led training.

• Develop approach to evaluate achievement of learning objectives in the classroom.

• Be a subject matter expert on current and future Aristocrat products and processes.

• Maintain and prepare technical classroom environment.

• Assist with the planning and execution of Aristocrat events related to training and performance, including focus groups, surveys, and user forums.

• Traveling to customer locations as required. Travel between 30-50%.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Adult Learning, Training, or a related field.

• Demonstrated training delivery skills.

• Ability to deliver virtual and classroom trainings.

• Minimum of two-to-five years of experience, which includes at least one year of gaming experience in delivering and analyzing technical product content.

• Must be self-motivated and self-directed.

• Manage competing demands.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills; speaks clearly and persuasively.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Act as an ambassador for Aristocrat products.

• Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.

• Ability to work independently, work through open-ended situations, and prioritize requests.

• Tenured in Casino Gaming and Aristocrat products preferred. 

• Technical knowledge of databases, networking, and casino operations preferred. 

• Experience with instructional design preferred
