    WHAT YOU'LL DO

    Aristocrat Labs is looking for an experienced analyst to help streamline the management of our technology solutions.

    Working with the Vendor Management Senior Analyst you will ensure the smooth operation of our technology vendor relations. Such vendors as GCP, AWS, Atlassian, Github, Unity among others.

    You will form the bridge between a range of stakeholders both internally and externally. You will use your supreme organizational skills to build out systems and processes that “ensure” successful operations for Aristocrat Labs by preventing surprises and fire drills.

    Partnering closely with the Indirect Global Strategy Sourcing group (IGSS) at Aristocrat you will help drive best practice and adherence to the Procure-To-Pay (P2P) policy while providing support to the IGSS team on projects to lower the operating expenses of Aristocrat Labs. You will on occasion also conduct your own sourcing projects were agreed with IGSS. 

    WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    Successful operational excellence for delivery of programs demands a few critical daily, weekly, monthly requirements and duties in the role:

    • Assume ownership of the Purchase Requisition (PR) and Purchase Order (PO) Process, and all associated tactical activities, in support of the hybrid PR service model for Stakeholders

    • Prepare PRs and POs in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets within stakeholder budgets

    • Ensure purchase requisitions include notes that are comprehensive and reference contracts, dates, GL/cost center details, etc.

    • Negotiate lower value contracts, improve prices, and payment terms with suppliers utilizing procurement best practice tools and methods

    • Manage new vendor set up and coding, and assist in on-boarding and off-boarding of vendors

    • Support the IGSS team with the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) projects and tasks

    • Provide data reporting and metrics for PR’s and PO’s to Aristocrat Labs and IGSS leadership

    • Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures through selection/recommendation of appropriate buying channels

    • Ensure that a professional and consistent approach is taken in relation to all supplier relationships

    • Maintain contact with suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery, or invoice issues

    • Lead the resolution of supplier invoice issues with Accounts Payable on behalf of Stakeholders and the Indirect Sourcing Team, which may include PO adjustments to facilitate payments

    • Maintain effective communication with Stakeholders including, but not limited to, distribution of a Weekly Open PO report to ensure closure of PO’s on a timely basis

    • Support all Stakeholders with D365 System Access Control and Support

    • Continuously focus on process improvement, operational efficiencies and value add contributions

    • Perform data analysis as needed to inform decision making processes

    • Track license seat utilization

    • Support the Community Engagement Team as required to deliver technology events

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    To be set up for success there are a range of helpful qualifications, education, certificates we think are useful for the role:

    • 3+ years of Purchasing and Sourcing experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

    • Knowledge of strategic sourcing methodology

    • Experience with Microsoft D365 ERP preferred

    • Knowledge of RFI, RFQ and RFP process rigor

    • Manages ambiguity and changing priorities

    • Basic excel and analytical skills

    • Ability to work both independently and within a Team setting

    • Able to communicate on all levels using clear and concise oral and written communication skills

    • Ability to manage internal and external relationships, negotiation, analytical and technical skills

    • Self-confident with an ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner
