Roadside Technician (Contractor) Alpha Unlock Pros - San Antonio, TX Full-time, Part-time Alpha Unlock Pros is seeking a Part-time Roadside Assistance Technician to meet the demands of our growing business. We are currently headquartered in Arlington TX but we have experienced growth and are now expanding our service area to San Antonio, TX. We are need of a technician who is mechanically inclined with automotive experience. (Techs are Independent Contractors) Responsibility and Duties: * Technicians will respond to member's request for service * Accepts calls and responds to dispatch with estimated time of arrival * Technician will change tires, inflate tires, jump start, fuel delivery & lockouts * Must be available to work assigned hours and overtime when necessary. * Maintains a professional image to properly portray the Alpha Unlock Pros brand. * Communicates and updates information to dispatch * Provide EXCELLENT customer service to our customers * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills: * Excellent Customer Service skills and experience * Automotive knowledge and experience * Basic Mechanical Skills * Basic computer skills * Dependable and reliable track record * Bilingual is a plus but not a required Requirements: * Must be 21 years of age * Valid Drivers License, clean driving and criminal record is mandatory * Must have state required insurance * Must have reliable vehicle and tools to perform job duties * Must be able to work variable schedule as we are a 24/7 operation * Must have at least 1 year of Roadside Assistance experience All jobs are done in the field at the customer's location.
