Currently, we are looking for a Move Coordinator to join the ArcBest team in Wichita Falls, TX. Your contribution may include: - Delivering an outstanding customer experience as the primary point of contact on assigned shipments - Finding creative solutions to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations - Directly responsible for thorough, complete, timely, and accurate documentation of system files - Maintaining mutual understanding about services with all parties throughout the entire customer experience - Counseling customers prior to commencement of services regarding regulations and entitlements - Coordinating service requests by confirming availability of customers - Fielding communications via telephone calls, emails, or texts Ready to apply? Your hours will be Monday - Friday, working an 8 hour shift between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm, with occasional work on Saturdays and after hours as needed.
