Project Coordinator - Sales Support Job Description Belimed has an immediate need for an Internal Project Coordinator (IPC) to support the delivery and installation of medical capital equipment. The IPC will ensure Belimeds Project Management and Installation Teams receive complete equipment deliveries onsite and on time. The IPC is the central point of contact for a project from receipt of a purchase order to warranty initiation. Directly collaborating with field Project Management and the Operations Team (Production, Shipping, Purchasing & Installation management), the IPC will ensure field needs are documented and communicated to the appropriate internal team members for flawless execution of the project. The IPC is responsible for ensuring all required forms, photos, and documents are processed/received for each project. This role may also act in place of the Project Manager to coordinate and communicate delivery for projects not requiring installation. How you will impact Belimed and our clients

• Meticulously review and process purchase orders for all projects in their assigned geographical area * Work closely with sales consultants to obtain all key contacts for the project * Directly contact customers to obtain and verify all pertinent information for delivery * Update project data including dates, addresses, contacts, and special delivery requirements based on information provided by project manager to ensure shipment schedule is met * Identify pre-installation items, monitor, manage, and escalate project delivery and installation * Consult with Belimeds Planning & Design team to ensure all items requiring customization or enclosures with undefined ceiling heights are identified and ordered * Maintain log of all extra services/materials required to fully complete installation, as well track issues from onset to resolution (example: delivery quality, site quality, customer changes, etc.) * Perform a root cause analysis for any project shipments beyond the order itself, following published guidelines, for tracking and reporting * Maintain and communicate Key Performance Indicators related to customer projects, such as customer satisfaction and project effectiveness indicators * Schedule and run project review meetings with key team members to ensure an organized, unified communication feedback loop between the corporate office and the field teams What you need to succeed The ideal candidate will have: * High school diploma or equivalent * Two years of experience in project coordination (preferably in manufacturing) * Experience efficiently and effectively using an ERP system * Experience with logistics and/or supply-chain management * High attention to detail and to delivering quality outputs * Outstanding organization and planning skills * Excellent computer skills including MS Office (especially Excel and Word) * Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects with competing deadlines * Demonstrated ability to perform in a team setting (team member, leader, counsel, etc.) * Superior interpersonal and communication skills with emphasis on customer service * Good written communication skills An outstanding candidate may also have: * Associates degree * Experience as a team leader * Experience in process improvement * Experience with Salesforce.com and/or SAP software * Experience working in the medical field * Fluency in second language >>> APPLY ONLINE NOW Belimed offers competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off and 10 company paid holidays, along with the opportunity to advance in your career!
