We work with children and families, many of whom have experienced abuse or neglect, who are facing significant challenges and often multiple stressors. The Development Department helps to fulfill The Buckeye Ranchs mission by overseeing and implementing fundraising activities; donor relations; volunteer programs; and monetary and in-kind donations and is currently seeking a college/university junior or senior level student intern to provide support to the existing team. Preferred fields of study include Communication; Marketing; Public Relations; Event Planning; Public Administration; Business or other related field. Responsibilities include assisting with the coordination and facilitation of fundraising events and volunteer projects. Also, assisting with various administrative tasks; social media and other marketing and outreach efforts; and soliciting in-kind donations. Outstanding customer service, communication, and project management skills are necessary for success in this position. Work schedule: Negotiable.
