    Job Description Summary MAXIMUS is seeking a Business Analyst, Implementations, within it's Standardized & Operational Analysts PMO organization to support project related implementations. This is a remote position which requires ability to travel up to 50%.


    • Experience presenting business or technical solutions to internal or external stakeholders and leadership teams
    • Experience supporting operational teams meeting their goals by tracking program deliverables
    • Develop process documentation
    • Develop and track work plans and schedules, including in Microsoft Project
    • Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues
    • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Qualifications


    • This position requires 1-3 years of experience; college related work and internship experience may count. This is not an Information Technology (IT) position or systems analysis position

    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and other software applications

    • Work in state or Federal Health or Human Service organizations or contracts would be considered a differentiator when applying

    • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.

    • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.

    • Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope & complexity.

    • General application of concepts & principles.

    • Contributes to the completion of organizational projects & goals.

    • Frequent use and general knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards.

    • Applies knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of tasks.

    • Communicates on complex or sensitive issues or drafts such responses for supervisor or manager.
