    JOB DESCRIPTION


    We are currently seeking a representative to support our Fieldprint Site Support Department.  Fieldprint Site Support Representatives build and maintain Fieldprint Station workstations, manage parts inventories and repairs, and provide end users with any necessary technical support and training.   

     

    This shift is 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday-Friday in our Mt. Laurel office.

      

    RESPONSIBILITIES


    FIELDPRINT STATION DEPLOYMENT

    • Builds, tests, tracks and deploys Fieldprint Station workstations in a reliable and reproducible manner.
    • Creates and tracks initial user accounts that are installed on all machines.
    • Logs all hardware and software that is deployed and tracks shipping to ensure arrival at remote sites.
    • Provides installation services and startup testing on new units to ensure they are functioning properly in the field.
    • Develops “build” documents that details the setup processes and configuration settings of the various Fieldprint Station implementation options.

     

    FIELDPRINT STATION SUPPORT

    • Provides technical support for end users of the Fieldprint Station sites that are installed in remote sites around the country. Support includes both phone/email support and onsite support as necessary.
    • Provides return authorizations and manages the shipping process for devices in the field that are defective.
    • Manages “spares” inventory levels to ensure that spares are on hand and manages the warranty repair process with vendors to ensure that defective units are repaired/replaced in a timely fashion.

     

    FIELDPRINT STATION TRAINING

    • Provides end user training either via phone or in person as required to ensure that end users are able to use the Fieldprint Station and LIVESCAN device successfully.
    • Understands and provides training on scanning protocols to ensure that end users are both aware of and capable of following Fieldprint’s scanning requirements.

      

     

    REQUIRED SKILLS


    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Work with a diverse population.

    • Knowledge of basic computer terminology and parts of a computer.

    • Knowledge of various necessary software and hardware programs.

    • Manage multiple tasks or projects.

    • Able to travel.

     

     

    EDUCATION


    The candidate we are seeking will have a high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Qualifications

     

    • A CURRENT COMPTIA SECURITY+ IS REQUIRED
    • Experience supporting Windows desktop/laptop PCs
    • Experience troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PCs
    • Experience installing software, patches, updates on computers
    • Experience troubleshooting basic computer and printer problems
    • Customer Service Experience a must
    • Some technical college education preferred
    • Experience with Outlook a plus
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Level Clearance (Active Secret Clearance is a plus)
