    This is a regular, full-time onsite position based in our Kansas City, KS office.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    - Provide oversight, direction, and supervision for the designated unit.

    - Direct subordinate staff on workflow, encompassing customer service solutions, program operations, contract service level agreements, and work quality.

    - Identify training needs and growth opportunities for team members.

    - Develop schedules and delegate tasks to ensure optimal efficiency among subordinates.

    - Address job performance concerns with subordinates, collaborating closely with the Human Resources department to resolve issues.

    - Participate in subordinate work to enhance productivity and address challenging aspects of tasks.

    - Evaluate subordinates' performance and recommend suitable personnel actions.

    - Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policies, including facilitating rest and meal breaks for non-exempt employees.

    - Adhere to all required company policies, procedures, and processes, including mandatory training.

    - Make staffing decisions and oversee hiring processes in accordance with staffing requirements, collaborating with Human Resources on requisitions, candidate selection, and onboarding.

    - Review completed work for accuracy, consistency, adherence to program policies, and procedural conformity.

    - Fulfill other duties as assigned by management.

    Minimum Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    - Minimum of one (1) year of supervisory experience and/or in a lead role.

    - Experience in child support or human services programs, even if not in a formal supervisory role.

    - Ability to foster team collaboration and promote a positive work culture.

    - Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with a focus on conflict resolution and team-building.

    - Experience coaching staff and addressing performance issues with professionalism and empathy.

    - Comfortable managing remote staff and navigating diverse personalities across locations.

    - Flexible and open to occasional travel (e.g., annual conference in Topeka or visits to Wichita office).

    - P roficient in using Microsoft Office applications
    - Currently resides in Kansas City, KS or within a reasonable commuting distance to Kansas City, KS
