    Posting Details Position Information Job Title Fieldhouse Coordinator Department Parks and Recreation Activity Fieldhouse Full Time / Part Time Full Time FLSA Non-Exempt Starting Salary $38,462.97 Max Salary $55,771.31 Posting Number Position Summary Information Job Description Summary JOB SUMMARY : The Fieldhouse Coordinator is directly responsible for payroll, accounting, daily deposits, accounts payable, etc. as well as assisting with the daily operations of the Fieldhouse as assigned. The Fieldhouse Coordinator reports directly to the Fieldhouse General Manager. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS : Assist Fieldhouse General Manager in developing and preparing yearly budgets. Assist and support activities to ensure expenses stay within budget. Responsible for all daily deposits submitted to Finance. Responsible for preparing the weekly report spreadsheet. Maintain accurate records of Fieldhouse daily deposits, refunds and reports. Responsible for keeping schedule grid in EZ Facility current and up to date. Responsible for identifying all accounts receivable and preparing invoices for collection. Responsible for insuring that all accounts payables are paid on time and coded correctly. Responsible for preparing all AFP reports on the first of each month Contract Instructors, etc. Responsible for the reconciliation of all Metro S.A.F.E. Summer Camp & DFH After School Program accounting and financial operations. Assist in booking and scheduling events, rentals and programs as needed. Assist with general clerical functions by answering the phones, taking messages, etc. Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager. Requirements Requires an Associates Degree or higher and (2) years of related work experience. KNOWLEDGE , SKILLS & ABILITIES : Skilled in the use small office equipment, including copy machines and multi-line telephone systems. Skilled in using computers for data entry. Skilled in using computers for word processing and/or accounting purposes. Ability to communicate effectively in a positive manner both orally and in writing to staff. Ability to maintain constructive and cooperative working relationships with others. Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires adaptation to changing goals, priorities, and needs.
