Job Description
As the Project Manager, with administrative direction, you will be working Part-Time to plan, organize, lead and control all aspects of a highly complex bond program in excess of $100 million. Using data-based decisions, you will focus on quantifiable and measurable project delivery results and construction contract types.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Any combination of education, training, and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge and abilities may be qualifying. A typical way to obtain this would be:
1.Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering, or planning plus eight (8) years of responsible architectural, engineering or construction management experience,
OR
2. Bachelor's Degree in another field plus ten (10) years of responsible experience in a field directly related to the project,
OR
3. Twelve (12) years of architectural, engineering, or construction management experience in a field directly related to the project,
OR
4. Valid California registration as a professional engineer or architect, plus four (4) years of project coordination experience for major architectural, engineering or construction projects

The selection process will include an evaluation of applications in relation to minimum requirements. Depending on the number of applicants, the department may establish and implement additional screening mechanisms to comparatively evaluate the qualifications of candidates. If this becomes necessary, only those applicants whose qualifications most closely meet the needs of the department will move forward in the recruitment process.
Minimum Qualification Supplemental Questionnaire (MQSQ):
Candidates may be required to complete an MQSQ as part of the employment application. This MQSQ is designed to obtain specific information regarding an applicant's experience in relation to the Minimum Qualifications (MQ) for this position. The MQSQ will be used to evaluate if the applicant possesses the required minimum qualifications.
Applicants who meet the minimum qualifications are not guaranteed advancement through all of the steps in the selection procedure.
