Apprentice Electronic Instrumentation Technician I, Water Pollution Control (7304)
Job Description
Under immediate supervision, assists the electronic instrumentation technician in the operation and maintenance of a wide variety of complex machinery and equipment in a water pollution control sewage treatment plant or pumping station; and performs related duties as required.
Qualifications
1. Applicants must have either a High School Graduation Diploma, Graduation Equivalent Degree (G.E.D.), or California High School Proficiency Certificate; AND
2. Possession of a current valid California Driver's License

OCTOBER 6, 7, 8, 2021, EXAM: Qualified candidates will be invited to take an assessment on one of these dates to assess your ability in Algebra 1 level math which Apprentices will need for the classroom portion of this Program.
OCTOBER 14 - 22, 2021, FINAL INTERVIEWS: Selected Finalists will be invited to interview during this week. Those selected for the Program will be notified shortly after interviews are completed to begin pre-employment background checks and application for enrollment for City College SF to start classes in the Spring, 2022 semester that starts in January.
NOVEMBER 1, 2021, DEADLINE TO APPLY FOR ENROLLMENT AT CITY COLLEGE OF SF: Application for enrollment is required to register for classes that will start in January 2022.
