Schedule could be 2 or 3 days a week. Hours would be flexible within a typical work hours schedule. Expected length of assignment would be 10-12 weeks. This summer internship position is designed to help current undergraduate or graduate students gain skills and real world experience collecting data, information, and analytics for Human Resources projects. You will work closely with the Talent Management & Acquisition team on several projects. The tasks will include internet research, data collection, data analysis, and optimizing the recruitment applicant tracking system. From this assignment an intern will gain general experience in a human resources department, as well as with Talent Management specifically. Understanding of data collection, data review and analytics. Understanding the development and roll out of programs/initiatives. Please note that some of the tasks may be routine and repetitive. Duties/Responsibilities: The projects the intern would work on would be:

    • Investigating and searching for new or updated websites for diversity posting * Analysis of the job titles and categories that would be targeted for diversity initiatives * Determine key baseline statistics on candidate pools for targeted positions * Work on diversity "landing page" information for our employment page * Additional assignment if possible, and if time permits Minimum Qualifications & Experience: * Current undergraduate or graduate level student * Proficient with MS Office applications and internet research * Proficient with MS Excel * Ability to work independently Additional Preferred Skills: * Previous academic experience working on projects independently * Previous academic experience working on projects involving data collection and analysis. * Strong interest in Human Resources, Sociology, Project Management, Diversity, or Data Analysis.
