Job Description
The Project Manager will be tasked with managing Philadelphia’s 911 Triage and CIRT Expansion. The primary ongoing responsibility is for project management of the City’s efforts to expand the current pilot 911 Triage and CIRT program. This program has two primary operational components:
Implementation of both the 911 Triage Infrastructure and the CIRT Program will ensure that individuals experiencing behavioral health crises in Philadelphia are responded to safely and connected with the most appropriate services and supports based on their immediate needs. The goal of the program remains to safely deflect individuals with behavioral health needs away from the justice system and into more appropriate behavioral health care or social services in the community. As such, this effort is closely connected to the City’s broader criminal justice reform and crisis system expansion goals.
The Project Manager is also responsible for coordinating activities and ongoing collaborations, including communications with community-based organizations, City departments, and other stakeholders.
The Project Manager will frequently have to work with the Police Department, Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbilities Services, service providers as well as community members.
**THIS POSITION IS GRANT-FUNDED. FUNDING FOR THIS POSITION IS ONLY GUARANTEED ALTHOUGH THERE IS THE POSSIBILITY FOR EXTENSION IN THE FUTURE IF FUNDING BECOMES AVAILABLE.

Additional Information
SALARY RANGE: $60,000 - $70,000
