Assist in development of commission member welcome packets; Support the Planning Commission executive team on administrative, operational and grant funded projects; Assist in reviewing and analyzing the ReImagine Philadelphia steering committee meetings and recommendations; Assists in locating outside funding sources for the Division of Planning and Zoning; track projects that have taken advantage of the historic incentive for additional by-right uses
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Under the direction of the Division of Planning and Zoning executive team, an intern is responsible for supporting a variety of projects already underway. These projects include the development of commission member welcome packets; administrative, operational and grant funded projects; reviewing and analyzing the ReImagine Philadelphia steering committee meetings and recommendations; locating outside funding sources for the Division of Planning and Zoning; tracking projects that have taken advantage of the historic incentive for additional by-right uses
COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Qualifications
Current student or recent graduate with an interest in city planning, historic preservation, community engagement, project management, or public administration.

Hourly wage: $14.25/hr
