POSITION SUMMARY
The Finance Coordinator is an employee of the Mayor’s Office of Education (MOE) who works on the day to day financial transactions for MOE. The core functions of this position are Financial Monitoring and Reporting, Budget Development and Oversight and Accountability. More specifically, the coordinator supports senior leadership in department by monitoring, tracking, and providing documentation to capture the financial health of MOE funds and budget. Work for this role is conducted under the supervision of the Director of Finance and Administration.

Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Minimum of four years professional, relevant experience in accounting, finance or bookkeeping desirable.
Familiarity with City of Philadelphia financial and contract management systems, such as FAMIS, ADPICS, ACIS is strongly preferred.
Familiarity with workflow management systems such as DocuSign and the ability to develop workflow processes as needed, are a plus.

SALARY: $50,000 -$60,000
