    Job Description

    The Office of Diversity and Inclusion is requesting an intern to develop processes, procedures and training related to the City ADA transition plan. This is a great opportunity to observe as we analyze programmatic and financial aspects of moving Philadelphia towards being a fully accessible City for people with disabilities and develop the ability to create processes and procedures.

    Reporting to the Director of ADA Compliance, this internship will include the following:

    • Attend meetings with stakeholders for the transition plan.
    • Collaboratively develop processes and procedures for the transition plan.
    • Develop PowerPoint training and other documents related to transition plan.
    • Research and analyze documents; share lessons learned.
    • Take on other special projects as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Candidate must possess excellent research and writing abilities.
    • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs.
    • Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
