    Job Description

    COMPREHENSIVE PLAN TECHNICAL MEMOS Assist with compiling information and drafting text associated with ReImagine Philadelphia technical memos. Memos may include: • Land Use • Public Health • Transportation • Reconciliation • Others (as assigned to Policy Team)  

    EXPOSURE Priority topics identified for the comprehensive plan.

    SKILLS Research, data gathering, and summarizing complex topics. Drafting language and editing. Work Product Reimagine Philadelphia Technical memo by-line.  

    DEPARTMENTAL AND INTERAGENCY MEETINGS Notetaking during community and interagency meetings to assist ongoing work.  

    EXPOSURE Community engagement (if applicable) and interdepartmental coordination.

    SKILLS Drafting and cleaning notes. Work Product

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    Assist the Policy and Analysis Team with ongoing research in preparation for ReImagine Philadelphia: The Comprehensive Plan Update.

    COMPETENCIES, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Writing is critical. Experience in research through both digital and non-digital research

    One year of undergraduate education.
