Under general supervision, is responsible for performing professional level work assisting individuals with child care needs through telephone or face to face interviews and counseling. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Exercises no supervision.

**This position will travel between the following rural counties: Atascosa, Bandera, Comal, Frio, Gillespie, Guadalupe, Karnes, Kendall, Kerr, McMullen,
Medina, **Wilson.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university with preferable coursework in Business, Child Development, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge with the Texas Workforce Information System of Texas (TWIST) data system.
• Knowledge working with electronic file systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to travel between rural counties.
• Valid Texas Class "C" Driver's License.
