JOB SUMMARY:

Under general supervision, is responsible for performing the cleaning, maintenance, and sanitizing of kennels and associated equipment and ensuring food and water are provided to animals. Exercises no supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (recognized by the Texas Education Agency or a regional accrediting agency).
• This position requires a valid Class "C" Texas Driver's License OR valid driver's license from another state with the ability to obtain a valid Texas Driver's License within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6 months of professional animal handling experience.
• 1 year of customer service experience.
