Assist with interviews scheduling and conducting divisional orientation; Prepare and process payroll, and leave actions into the City's payroll systems Prepare financial requisitions, purchase orders, payment vouchers, travel reimbursements, and monitor budget expenditures. Process and track all divisional procurement card transactions Prepare travel arrangements, complete on-line training/conference registrations, track all associated costs for the division. Attend staff/project meetings and transcribe meeting minutes which may involving technical, financial, legal, or engineering terminology. Prepare a variety of correspondence for supervisors, project managers and divisional manager. Schedule meeting and conference rooms for staff. Maintain division personnel files.
